How I love this stuff. I've used this often in my rotation since last Christmas day. Just look at how little I've used. Lovely lavender scent, superb lather. My outstanding soap I'll never be without.

ReplyDeleteI live in the United States and would be very interested in buying Martin de Candre shaving soap but the shipping fees are quite high. Can this soap be bought in London and shipped to the U.S. for less than $28 in shipping fees? With the purchase price, it appears this will be about $75 in total if I buy direct from Martin de Candre.

As far as I know, you can only buy direct from M de C. I also cannot understand their high shipping costs. Looks like if you want some, you just have to pay the price they set.
ReplyDeleteMdC is currently working on a new website and will also lower their shipping price they say, so hopefully it will be easier to buy in the future, I'm in Norway so the shipping was acceptable here. Received it today, and the hype is for real, it IS a great shaving soap. Very, very good.

ReplyDeleteI was just at their site this morning. The English portion seems to be totally broken, consisting mostly of error messages from the script they're trying to run. And so far I have found no dealers who carry it. I'm dropping this one.
