- During early life I was known as Fido - so I use that as my internet identity where I can. I am a retired Local Government man who now enjoys a variety of interests. In these blogs I hope to share some of them with anyone with a shared sense of humour who may come across them. But they are mainly for my own interest as a reminder of some of the things I have done in my retirement. This is one of them.

Do you know I do a similar thing. I squeeze out the remaining lather and rub over my face, also feeling for any spots I may have missed. I may, just get a warm flannel and wipe off (using the lather almost as a soap) or go over lightly with the razor. (Followed by alum then cold water etc.)
